    Find a need and meet it. Find a hurt and heal it. This is who we are. Every program at the Dream Center offers basic resources, meals, community and support, all free of charge.

  • Transforming a city one neighborhood at a time

    We are committed to making a transformational impact in every neighborhood we serve. This happens through building relationships centered around the HOPE of Jesus. HOPE changes lives. Through strategic partnerships and programming, every Dream Center expression in a neighborhood is a HUB OF HOPE focused on being a resource of support and community in areas affected by poverty, income disparity and insufficiency of resources.

  • Empowering people to make a difference

    The Dream Center is a volunteer-driven organization. Volunteers are empowered to make a difference through sharing resources, building community and encouraging individuals towards their God-given purpose.

  • Expanding our reach

    In addition to the neighborhoods we serve in the City of Columbus, we are beginning to serve the greater Central Ohio community. We are committed to going and meeting needs where and when God opens the door.

Community Outreach

  • Adopt-a-Block Columbus

    Adopt-A-Block

    Through this consistent outreach, we have the opportunity to visit multiple underserved neighborhoods. Adopt-A-Block often includes distributing food and hygiene items, meeting other basic needs, playing with kids, picking up trash, and visiting families and individuals door-to-door.

  • Block Parties

    During the summer, we celebrate by throwing Block Parties for communities. Meals, resources and fun activities are provided in community spaces where we serve year-round.

Student Outreach

  • After School Program

    Our after school programs provide educational, emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual support for students. Homework help, tutoring, meals, Bible lessons and engaging activities are a part of this program for elementary students in multiple locations.

  • Youth Small Groups Columbus Dream Center

    Youth Small Groups

    Through small groups, we love to help students encounter Jesus and pursue their God-given dreams.

  • Student Holiday Events

    Holiday Events

    Thanksgiving Baskets, Christmas Hope, Easter Baskets and more are special annual events that serve Dream Center families by providing holiday help and a space for celebration together.

    Super Saturday

    This program is designed for kids in grades Kindergarten - 5th grade. It includes fun activities, meals, and lessons about Jesus through Bible study and small groups - the highlight of the weekend!

Homeless Outreach

  • Meals

    Breakfast and Dinner are served at the Columbus Dream Center throughout the week. Guests receive a meal while experiencing life-changing community and the opportunity to learn about and take their next step (housing, jobs, relationship with Jesus, etc.).

  • Laundry Service Columbus

    Laundry and Showers

    Our facility is equipped with laundry machines and showers for our guests to utilize. This is a program designed for us to connect one-on-one with guests, encouraging them towards their next step (housing, jobs, relationship with Jesus, etc.).

  • Street Outreach Columbus, Ohio Dream Center

    Street Outreach

    On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, teams go out on high street and to camps around Columbus with meals and resources to meet those experiencing homelessness right where they are.

    Holiday Events

    Thanksgiving Day lunch and our Christmas Dinner are special annual events that serve Dream Center guests experiencing homelessness by providing a space for celebration together.

  • Dream Center Internship

    The Dream Center Internship is a 12 week program that allows young adults (18-25) to discover their God-given purposes and passions through serving in Dream Center outreach programs, developing leadership skills, and building strong community with other students, staff, and volunteers.
